Reese's Puffs Cereal Bars
Hello and welcome to a tasty blog post!
I don't know about you, but I'm a HUGE fan of peanut butter!
Seriously. I love peanut butter.
Honestly, there's nothing too geeky about it. When I think of peanut butter and fandoms or a connection with peanut butter and well-known fandoms or followers, I think about Link from Good Mythical Morning. I watch GMM every day it airs and have been for a couple of years. They're just funny guys that do funny things. Link also loves cereal, so this is pretty spot on.
Reese's Cereal Bars
Ingredients:
10 oz. marshmallows (either mini or large, both should come in 10 ounce bags)
3 tbsp butter
7 cups Reese's Puffs cereal
Directions:
1. Grease the bottom and sides of a 9" x 13" baking dish with cooking spray, oil, or butter.
2. In a large pot, melt butter and marshmallows on medium heat, stirring occasionally so the marshmallows do not burn on the bottom.
2. Once the marshmallow mixture is completely melted, stir in the Reese's Puffs cereal until fully coated. Pour the cereal mixture into the greased baking dish. Coat your hands in cooking spray and press the cereal evenly in the baking dish.
3. Let the cereal set for about 2 hours, then using a sharp knife, cut into bars. Store in an airtight container.
